Booking form should be duly filled by the customer himself /
herself so that the further issues can be avoided.The fields
(marks as *) are mandatory.
The Buyer should obtain the valid receipt form the office on
Token receipt will be issues on booking of any Property which will
be valid only till the expiry date printed on the receipt.
Token amount is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Once the purchaser is Registered with us on booking of any
property.He / She will regularly receive information about
purchased property payment status and also about forthcoming
project by SMS, call or Email as a company service.
In case of any change in the postal address of the purchaser,he /
she must inform his /her new address to the company immediately in
The purchaser shall be liable towards the expenses in respect of
stamp duty, registration charge and legal expenses for agreement
to sale & sale deed.
In case of cancellation of permanently booked property by the
customer amount will be refunded after deduction of 20% for
constructed property and 30% for plots of the deposited amount.
Agreement to sale will be executed only after receiving the full
value of down payment decided as per the project & agreement will
be as per the rate fixed by the company.
The purchaser must pay the monthly installment regularly before
10th of every month.
In case of defaults in making payment of installment / dues down
payment within time period by purchaser then he will be considered
as a defaulter and the company reserves all rights to cancel the
booking.Amount paid till date shall be refunded after deducting as
per the company terms.
In case of delayed payment from the due date the company reserves
right to take disciplinary action as per the mentioned norms.
If the installment / down payment is not paid on due date then
late payment of 24% per annum will be charged as penalty.
No complain will be entertained from the defaulter in respect of
the booking cancelled due to default .
The company reserves the right to allot the property cancelled due
to default to any other prospective purchaser.
In case the purchaser wanted to transfer his / her booking to any
other person in that event it will be the sole responsibility of
the said purchaser to arrange the customer.
In case if there is cheque bounce,the company reserves the right
to cancel the booking / agreement of sale.Also Rs 500 /- will be
charged per cheque bounce from the concerned customer.
The decision of the Director of the Company will be final and
binding upon the purchaser.
The above condition will be binding on the purchaser subject to
Bilaspur Jurisdiction.Sole Arbitrator will be appointed by the
